Wouldn’t use anyone else for a Letchworth move. Sarah has a huge depth of local knowledge and experience which was invaluable for me as the seller. Letchworth has some quirks when buying and selling with the Heritage owning so much of the real estate, and my sale may well have fallen through had it not been for Sarah’s knowledge of the local area. They also recommended some good solicitors and having my estate agents and solicitors in easy contact made the process pretty much stress free. Not living locally - Letchworth is a 6hr round trip for us - and with a trying 12 months dealing with Probate and Powers of Attorney, we needed a company that we felt we could rely upon.

Sarah was a great help and dealt with the situation sensitively. She understood the various problems completely, came back to us within a couple hours with her valuation for Probate, offered advice and very valuable help, assisted us by holding keys for house clearance and recommended a super gardener to help us with the preparation of the house and garden prior to sale.
