Wouldn’t use anyone else for a Letchworth move. Sarah has a huge depth of local knowledge and experience which was invaluable for me as the seller. Letchworth has some quirks when buying and selling with the Heritage owning so much of the real estate, and my sale may well have fallen through had it not been for Sarah’s knowledge of the local area. They also recommended some good solicitors and having my estate agents and solicitors in easy contact made the process pretty much stress free.
